The Fossil Club of Lee County, Inc. is an organization of people interested in the fossils of southern Florida and all points beyond. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm, usually at the Calusa Nature Center. The Calusa Nature Center is located at: 3450 Ortiz Avenue Fort Myers, Florida 33905.

Membership in the Fossil Club of Lee County is open to anyone interested in fossils. Permanent residents and seasonal visitors are equally encouraged to join. Membership dues are as follows: Family: $20.00; Couple: $17.00; Single: $15.00; and Child Joining Alone: $8.00. Members are also encouraged to contribute 4 hours per year volunteer time at the Calusa Nature Center to fulfill our obligation to the Nature Center and allow us to continue to meet there. The Fossil Club of Lee County periodically hosts fossil collecting trips as well as educational trips to visit museums and private collections.
